Refund Policy

Introduction

  • You agree to the terms of this Refund Policy when you request SadaPay UK Limited (“SadaPay” “we” or “us”) for a refund with respect to the goods or services purchased using SadaPay’s Payment Link Service.
  • SadaPay is the Seller’s commercial agent and has been authorized by the Seller to conclude the sale of goods and services on the Seller’s behalf by accepting payments from Buyers using our Payment Link Service.
  • The delivery of goods and services is solely the responsibility of the Seller and SadaPay takes no responsibility for the delivery and merchantability of such goods and services.

Refund

  • If you have made a payment for goods or services using our Payment Link Service, you may ask the Seller directly for a refund.
  • It is the sole discretion of the Seller to give you a refund for such payment.
  • If the Seller agrees to refund the payment to you, the total amount of the goods or services will be refunded to the original payment instrument used by you, within sixty (60) Business Days of the refund being agreed to by the Seller.

Claim

  • In the event of a dispute between you and the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods or services or the merchantability of the goods and services sold by the Seller. You may raise a claim for a refund with us by contacting us at invoicing.support@sadapay.pk (“Claim”) within sixty (60) Business Days of the payment being made through the Payment Link Service.

Reviewing the Claim

  • In order for us to review your Claim, you will be required to provide us with the following information:
    (i) Payment Link
    (ii) Description of goods and/or services
    (iii) Reason for requesting a refund
  • We may ask you and the Seller to provide further evidence in relation to the transaction.
  • Once we have received all the required evidence, we will conduct a review of your Claim which may take up to four (04) Business Days after receipt of all the evidence.
  • The decision of the Claim will be one of the following:
    (i) Your Claim will be accepted by us and the payment for the goods or services will be refunded to the original payment instrument used by you; or
    (ii) Your Claim will not be accepted by us
  • It is important to note that once you have raised a Claim with us, the decision to issue a refund is solely at our discretion.
  • Once the Claim has been accepted by us, it may take up to sixty (60) Business Days to refund the amount to the original payment instrument used by you.
  • If we have accepted your Claim, the payment refunded will be the total amount you have paid the Seller for the goods or services purchased using the Payment Link Service.
  • This Refund Policy does not affect your other legal rights against the Seller. It is just an additional service we offer to protect you when you make a purchase using the Payment Link Service. If you are unhappy with our decision, you will still be able to pursue these other rights, however, you agree that our decision regarding the Claim under this Refund Policy is final and cannot itself be challenged and that we do not need to provide reasons for our decision.
